We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.
We will be happy to issue a refund, which will go onto the original payment method used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges unless your item is faulty or damaged – please see below for details.
We can only offer exchanges for items that are returned satisfactorily and in accordance with our terms stated above.
Any faulty or retuned items will be replaced like for like. If we do not have the particular item in stock then we will contact you accordingly to discuss options available that are within our returns policy.
If the goods are faulty, a refund will be offered regardless of proof of purchase.
For courier or post returns, please ensure you complete and enclose the returns slip with the items you are returning. A daytime telephone number and email address is required in case we need to contact you about the return.
